RESERVATION SCHEDULE
  • Seasonal Reservations  may be booked beginning January 10th
  • Monthly Reservations may be booked beginning April 15th

MORE ABOUT MONTHLY RESERVATIONS,
  • Email Morgan to be put on the contact list for each of the cottages you desire.  
  • If the month you desire is available, he will email you when our monthly booking period begins on
    April 15th.  (All cottages are booked on a first come-first serve basis.)
  • If the month you desire books prior to April 15th he will email to inform you.
  • Monthly bookings cannot be "held", reserved, or booked prior to April 15th.

  • We accept cash, check, or money order only.

MONTHLY & SEASONAL RESERVATION DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS:
  • 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will be due with the signed lease agreement.   
  • The remaining 50% balance of the rental price is due at CHECK-IN.

WINTER SEASON DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS :
  • We require a security deposit equal to one month's rent or, if the lease includes a dog(s), the
    security deposit required is equal to one and one-half month's rent.

OUR RATES:
  • The rates listed on this website are only valid when the reservation is made through our
  booking manager.  Reservations made through other entities including, but not limited to, real       
  estate agents and brokers may have rates higher than those listed here.
